WEEK 1: The Highest Version of Us
Theme: Clarifying the Woman You Are Becoming
You’ll meet the future version of you. The one who walks in clarity, ease, and vitality. Through energetic visioning, gentle body-based practices, and an archetype exploration, we’ll begin to release outdated “shoulds” and anchor into your true wellness path.
WEEK 2: The Current State
Theme: Noticing Our Patterns, Honoring What’s Held Us
This is the week we lovingly meet the parts of ourselves that have kept us “safe” through sabotage, perfectionism, or over-giving. You’ll get curious, not critical, as we trace limiting loops back to unmet needs and begin tending them.
WEEK 3: The Rising
Theme: Expanding Our Capacity + Reclaiming Regulation
This week is all about the nervous system-how to support it, listen to it, and rewire it gently. We’ll explore how to create rituals that regulate, build joy capacity, and honor your cyclical nature (emotional, seasonal, hormonal).
WEEK 4: The Becoming
Theme: Embodying Body Wisdom + Designing Your Wellness Map
We arrive home. In this final week, you’ll anchor your learnings and design your own sustainable wellness map - guided by your body’s YES, your emotional truth, and your intuitive capacity to nourish yourself deeply and joyfully.

Foundation Call & Intake Deep Dive
We’ll explore your vision, blocks (especially subconscious belief patterns), and your current nervous system state - so we can co-create a soul-aligned roadmap.
After some consultation, we’ll begin, exploring in depth each of the pillars below:
Mindset
This is where it all begins. We uncover the beliefs, patterns, and stories that are holding you back. Through this awareness, you create space for lasting change and begin to believe in your ability to feel well-without pressure or perfection.
Movement & Somatic Techniques
Movement should feel intuitive, joyful, and supportive -not like another item on your to-do list. I guide you to reconnect with your body and explore ways of moving that support your energy, mood, and nervous system.
Nutrition
Forget rigid plans or complicated recipes. I help you embrace whole-food nourishment that’s simple, satisfying, and aligned with your body’s needs. It’s about food that fuels you and fits your life.
Additionally
Woven through every part of my coaching is a focus on nervous system balance. Because sustainable wellness only happens when your body and mind feel safe, grounded, and supported. You’ll learn simple tools and rituals that help you stay calm, focused, and resilient - even on the busiest days.
