I’m an experienced holistic wellness coach who is also a recovering perfectionist, & people pleaser.
I’m a mama (to 3 kiddos!) who learned the hard way that trying to do, be and have it all - all the time - is actually just a recipe for burnout (and not very fun!)

Irrational optimist, lover of kitchen dance parties, and advocate of wellness for real world women.
After a big life transition at 14, my Mum and I left my family and home in the UK with nothing with our backpacks and moved to New Zealand. I then spent a long time feeling disconnected from myself, and searching for a solid sense of belonging. Finally, I discovered how to feel truly at home in my body no matter where I am.
After two decades of exploration, study & practice, I've built a whole career grounded in movement, mindset, nutrition, and nervous system flexibility. I guide others toward balance, presence, and authenticity from a place of realness and embodied understanding.
