This week is all about anchoring into calm and checking in with where you’re at—mentally, emotionally, and physically. We’ll also celebrate Matariki with an honouring and setting of intentions for the season ahead.
WEEK 2: Nourish & Rebuild
We lean into:
Seasonal nutrition for immunity, self-care practices, and slow flow yoga.
We’ll reconnect with our energy and support our body’s with what they truly need this time of year.
WEEK 3: Restore & Reignite
We wrap up with :
Deep rest practices, meditation, and vision casting for the months ahead.
We’ll leave with tools and routines that continue to support us well beyond winter.
