Your team decides that workplace wellness and culture is a non-negotiable, and then you find me ..

1. From there, you can choose to book a free consult call to discuss your specific workplace culture and needs

2. We agree on a program and initial time commitment (minimum three months)

3. I send you resources to support you in making the announcement of workplace wellness in your business

4. Staff gain access to a portal where they can access monthly movement classes, guided meditations and masterclasses

5. Weekly wellness emails begin

6. Staff receive booking link to book in their personalised wellness consult

7. We meet briefly every three months to tweak and review to ensure the program continues to align with your business and needs
